It is your responsibility to ensure that the rental item is returned to the correct pickup location.ĭisney Hotels will no longer hold rental items for guests staying at the resort. The amount of effort and time to recover items left in rooms is tremendous and will incur a $25 recovery fee. If you are unsure as to where to return the item, please call us and ask :) DO NOT leave rental items in the room upon check-out. Most often this is the bell stand or front desk of your resort. Strollers and cribs should be returned to the same location where the delivery was made or to the agreed-upon location in your reservation. We will accommodate any request to the best of our ability. If you have a special request for a delivery time, please email us so we can work out the details. Once you have taken possession of your stroller, please keep it with you. Please do not store your stroller overnight with the bell stands or luggage rooms. You DO NOT need to be present for the delivery of the stroller to your resort or hotel. Once you have checked in, simply go to the bell services desk and claim it (they usually keep them in a luggage storage room). Your stroller will be delivered to the bell/guest services desk of the resort or hotel you list in the delivery section of the order form. I choose to focus on what I got, not what I didn't. I don't choose to focus or call out another company. She was kind she was prompt and the stroller was impeccable. I don't know how she does it! She brought me a stroller and showed empathy for my situation.

I hadn't actually met her in 2019, but I did this year when she, the owner, rushed to deliver me a a stroller I so desperately in need of. She was in constant communication with me, found me a stroller that was perfect for us (not sure why this was so difficult with the previous stroller company) and had it to me by end of day the same day.

I was reminded of City Strollers and to contact the owner Jules. After the 5th day and still not having the appropriate stroller. Our trip was scheduled for 9 days and I had difficulty with the company I was directed to on this trip. It wasn't made clear to me at the time that I could still use this company, the only difference was that I would have to actually meet to receive the stroller whereas before Covid the stroller could be left at the hotel upon my arrival. This year I had planned to use them again but was told to go through another company (covid regulations). My neighbor had referred me and had spoke of their high standards for sanitization and overall customer service. I had used this company in 2019 on our first family trip to Disneyland and enjoyed my experience.
