QuiteRSS was first released 9 years ago (relatively new) and it’s available for GNU/Linux, MacOS, Windows, FreeBSD, and OS/2. Let’s bring back the Web to where it was more than 15 years ago (prior to ‘surveillance capitalism’ and companies such as Facebook and Twitter). Give it a go and use RSS feeds instead of any of those ‘social’ (control) ‘media’ platforms. QuiteRSS is pre-build for major GNU/Linux distributions. It’s also Free/libre software, GPLv3-licensed.

As an early adopter of RSS (also my initials), I’ve tried a lot such software over the years and currently QuiteRSS seems to be the best of the bunch. In this video I describe very quickly my (currently) favourite RSS reader. The censors always allege that they’re protecting us (from violence, from misinformation and who knows what else/next) and the censors are very rich people or corporations controlled by those very rich people.
THE Web is rapidly becoming an aggressive censorship platform. Summary: QuiteRSS (or any other RSS/XML/Atom reader for that matter) helps liberate cyberspace, removing middlemen from one’s consumption of information on the Internet the World Wide Web is otherwise a lost cause, monopolised by companies that censor, spy on, and manipulate people
